Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We want to make sure you are satisfied with your order, so please let us know!

Shipping Refunds/Non-Refundable Products
We are happy to refund anyone who is within hand delivery that did not click the "Hand Delivery" option for shipping. We DO NOT allow returns on products that are damaged or those that do not satisfy your needs. If you can't use it, no one else will want it. With that being said, we are more than happy to send you a new package with new products if you are not satisfied with your order. This means you get to keep or throw away the products you received. If you happen to NOT get the order you paid for, we will send you a refund label, and we will ship your actual order to you with no extra cost on shipping or the new products. You MUST send pictures and a description of how you received your package through email or SMS. If we notice refunds are requested frequently from you, your refund will not be fulfilled after a certain amount of requests, and will be flagged as a scam.
